Tidy Names tracks domain expiry dates across multiple surfaces - stat cards, colour-coded table rows, a dedicated Expiring Soon page, and configurable email alerts - so nothing slips through the cracks.

Where Expiry Data Appears

Dashboard Stat Cards

The Dashboard and Inventory pages both show expiry counts in their stat cards - domains expiring in 30 days, 14 days, and those already expired.

Domain Table Accents

Rows in the domain table are colour-coded by urgency:

  • Amber - expiring within 30 days
  • Orange - expiring within 14 days
  • Red - expiring within 7 days or already expired

Expiring Soon Page

The Expiring Soon page provides a pre-filtered view of only domains expiring within 30 days, sorted by urgency.

Email Alerts

Configure automatic email notifications at 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before expiry. See the Alerts guide for setup instructions.

Tips

  • Enable auto-renew at your registrar for critical domains as an additional safety net
  • Check the Domain Protection page to see whether expiration protection is enabled
  • Use Tags to mark critical domains so they're easy to find in filtered views
  • Include Expiring Domains in your scheduled Reports for a periodic email digest
