Expiring Domains

The Expiring Soon page gives you a focused view of every domain that needs attention - filtered to show only those expiring within the next 30 days.

What You See

Navigate to Expiring Soon in the sidebar under Domains. The page shows a count of expiring domains and a table identical to the main Inventory, but pre-filtered to only include domains with an expiry date within 30 days.

Each row shows the domain name, registrar, status, expiry date, renewal cost, and tags. The table supports pagination for organisations with many expiring domains.

Colour-Coded Urgency

Row accents help you prioritise at a glance:

  • Amber - expiring within 30 days
  • Orange - expiring within 14 days
  • Red - expiring within 7 days

Taking Action

Tidy Names is a monitoring tool - it does not renew domains for you. To prevent expiry:

  1. Click the domain name to view its detail page
  2. Note the registrar and log in to their dashboard
  3. Renew the domain or enable auto-renew

Getting Notified

Don't rely on manually checking this page - set up email alerts to receive automatic notifications at 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before expiry.
