The Domains page is your central registry - every domain in your organisation displayed in a searchable, sortable table with at-a-glance status indicators.

Stat Cards

Four summary cards across the top of the page show:

  • Total Domains - the number of domains in your organisation
  • Expiring in 30 days - domains approaching renewal
  • Expiring in 14 days - domains needing urgent attention
  • Expired - domains past their expiry date

The Domain Table

Each row in the table shows a domain's name, registrar (with logo), status badge, expiry date, renewal cost, and assigned tags. Colour-coded row accents indicate urgency:

  • Amber - expiring within 30 days
  • Orange - expiring within 14 days
  • Red - expiring within 7 days or already expired

Click any domain name to open its detail page.

Searching and Filtering

Use the search bar above the table to filter by domain name. The table supports pagination - use the controls at the bottom to navigate through large portfolios. You can also adjust page size (up to 100 domains per page).

Adding Domains

Click Add Domain in the top right to add a domain manually. Tidy Names will look up its registration details, DNS records, and security status via public RDAP and DNS resolvers. For bulk imports, see Connecting a Registrar.

Managing Tags

Each domain row includes a tag area. Click it to assign or remove tags directly from the table without opening the domain detail page.

Synced vs Manual Domains

Domains imported through a registrar connection are automatically updated on each sync cycle (every 6 hours). Manually added domains show data from their initial RDAP lookup - use the Refresh button on the domain detail page to pull fresh data.
