Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your home screen in Tidy Names - a high-level snapshot of your domain portfolio's health, distribution, and recent activity.

Stat Cards

Four cards across the top summarise your portfolio at a glance:

  • Total Domains - the number of domains in your organisation
  • Active - domains with a current registration and no imminent expiry
  • Expiring - domains expiring within the next 30 days
  • Expired - domains past their expiry date

Charts

Three interactive charts help you understand your portfolio:

  • Registrar Distribution (pie chart) - shows how your domains are spread across registrars, helping you spot over-reliance on a single provider
  • Expiry Timeline (bar chart) - plots domain expirations across the next 12 months so you can plan renewal workload and budget
  • Status Breakdown (pie chart) - visualises the proportion of active, expiring, expired, and unknown-status domains

Recent Activity

The bottom of the dashboard shows the last eight actions in your organisation - syncs, domain additions, member changes, and more. For the full audit trail, visit the Activity Log.
