Quota Enforcement
When you reach a plan limit (domains, connections, or members), the action is blocked and you'll see an error message explaining the limit. Existing data is never removed - you simply cannot add more until you upgrade or remove existing items.
Additional Seats
Studio and Scale plans include 5 and 20 team members respectively. If you need more, additional seats are available at $5 per seat per month. You can add seats from your billing settings without changing plans. Agency and Enterprise include unlimited team members, so no seat add-on is needed.
Upgrading
You can upgrade your plan from Settings → Billing. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. When you upgrade, you'll be redirected to Stripe to enter your payment details. Your plan change takes effect immediately.
Annual Billing
Save with annual billing - Studio is $24/month ($288/year) and Scale is $49/month ($588/year) when billed annually. That's 2 months free on each plan.
Enterprise
The Enterprise plan is designed for managed service providers and large organisations. It includes unlimited domains, members, and connections, audit logs, an availability commitment agreed in your contract, dedicated support, and 365-day activity log history.
